Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a family and marriage therapist licensed in Oklahoma and Missouri with over 19 years of experience working as a family and children’s therapist, and as a crisis clinician through community mental health centers. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including trauma-based disorders, depression, anxiety, family relationship issues, parenting problems, ADHD, and ODD. I am also experienced in crisis care, and short-term inpatient care.
My therapy style is warm and interactive, but straightforward, and with a bit of respectful humor. I believe in treating all people with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, structural, client-centered, trauma-focused or trauma-informed therapy. I prefer to come alongside a family or individual in partnership rather than to lead or dictate them through resolving their struggles.
My schedule is mostly focused on evenings and Sundays after 12pm.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy is frequently used as an effective alternative to traditional in-person sessions and can work well for a wide range of needs.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – you can choose how to connect in whatever way feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy routine and sustain consistent care.
Licensed professionals offer online services and aim to create a therapeutic partnership that fits each person’s preferences. If a therapist is not the right fit, it is possible to switch to another licensed therapist at any time.
Overall, online therapy offers practical options for accessing care, staying engaged in treatment, and addressing everyday mental health concerns without changing the core goals of therapy.
