Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in counseling individuals, couples, and families. I have worked with a wide range of issues and concerns including but not limited to depression, anxiety, work related issues, stress, parenting problems, addictions, and trauma related problems.
I believe counseling provides the opportunity for growth and self-discovery in the context of a safe, supportive, and therapeutic relationship. The theory that guides my approach to counseling is Cognitive Behavior Therapy, which means that we will together identify how your cognitions (i.e., thoughts and beliefs) impact your feelings and behaviors.
What an honor and a privilege to assist you through life’s transitions. I am here to help “Develop a Healthier You.”

Many people wonder whether online therapy truly helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that fits their life and comfort level, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to attend sessions around work, family, and other commitments.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and if a different fit is needed it is possible to switch therapists at any time. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, effective route to support and progress.
