Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
As a licensed professional with three years of experience in the UK, I specialize in helping clients overcome challenges related to stress, anxiety, low motivation and self-esteem, and life changes. I also have expertise in addressing compassion fatigue. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey with compassion and kindness.
My background in the mental health field stems from a diverse professional career, including over 15 years in multinational corporations and international roles, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Food Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.
Led by my desire to help, I kept searching for my calling and began volunteering to support families with young children to adapt to change. I also mentored teenage students as part of a mentoring program, leveraging my corporate and personal experiences to promote resilience and self-confidence in young minds to enable them to flourish.
In my personal life, I enjoy yoga, cycling, and nature walks to stay grounded. Pursuing my lifelong dream of becoming a therapist has allowed me to understand, change and embrace my own journey.
I am eager to get to know you and accompany you on your journey of thoughts, challenges, and feelings.

Many people ask whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to face-to-face sessions.
A major benefit is the flexibility it offers – you can meet with a therapist in the format that suits you best, whether by video call, telephone, live chat or in-app messaging. That adaptability helps therapy fit into busy schedules and different lifestyles.
Therapists who provide online care are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch therapists if they want a different fit. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible and practical option for addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
