Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed Mental Health therapist in Missouri with over 8 years of experience in the mental health field. I got my BS in Psychology from University of Central Missouri. I later received my MS is Mental Health counseling from Walden University. I’ve worked with clients with a range of concerns such as depression , anxiety, relationships, self esteem, abuse , and career concerns. I have worked with many other diagnoses and concerns , however those were just to name a few. Along with working with a range of diagnosis I also work with those from many different backgrounds.
My therapy style is empathic, genuine, and honest. My fellow therapist gave me the nickname of the rapport building therapist because I have a way of connecting with my clients that draws them into trusting the process. My approach is a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, humanistic, and psychodynamic. I like to meet clients where they are in the stages of change . I understand that everyone handles things differently and somethings are sensitive and hard to address. Therapy is not an easy thing to do and that is why I am on the journey with you.
Whenever you are ready, so am I.
I look forward to meeting you .

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
A major benefit of remote therapy is the flexibility it provides. Individuals can choose the communication style that fits their life and comfort level, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging, which makes it easier to fit care into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if a client feels the need for a different fit, it is possible to switch therapists. For many seeking support with everyday mental health concerns and relationship matters, online therapy offers a practical, accessible way to engage in meaningful therapeutic work.
