Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – remote therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the clearest advantages is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that best suits them – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy routine.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch to a different therapist at any time if they prefer a different fit.
