Ashley Crocker is an accredited Counsellor and Coach with four years of professional therapy experience. He has supported people from a wide range of backgrounds through issues such as stress, anxiety, low self-esteem and the challenges that can come with being neurodivergent, helping clients clarify what they truly want from life.
Ashley offers a tailored, non-judgemental space where clients can explore thoughts and feelings at a pace that suits them, whether they are new to counselling or have prior experience. He works collaboratively and uses a straightforward, practical style rather than relying on more conventional, passive approaches - an approach that suits people who want more than a counsellor who only asks “How does that make you feel?”
Before moving into private practice, Ashley spent over two decades serving communities through roles in education, social care and hospitality. He has spent the last three years in private practice supporting solo business owners with stress and overwhelm.
Ashley often works with people feeling the weight of constant responsibility, those struggling with stress, anxiety or self-doubt, individuals exploring life purpose, and people with neurodivergence such as dyslexia, ADHD or autism who want to move beyond coping and begin to thrive.
As an accredited Counsellor with the NCPS, Ashley is committed to offering professional, ethical support while maintaining the warm, genuine connection that helps make meaningful change possible.
When he is not working, Ashley enjoys exploring the Dorset countryside through running, kayaking and camping, and he brings a strong belief in the restorative value of nature into his work with clients.
If a person is ready to take a first step toward investing in their wellbeing, Ashley is happy to discuss how they might work together. If the listed availability does not fit, prospective clients are invited to ask about other dates and times.
