I have 10 years of experience working with Adult and Geriatric populations, experiencing Anxiety, Depression, Alzheimer’s and Dementia within the Long-Term Care and Outpatient communities. I like to assist clients reach their goals by utilizing the following modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Client Centered Therapy.
My hope is to help reduce and resolve the feelings of uncertainty and affliction that keep you from moving forward in your life and confront your fears in a safe environment, while validating your current state of feeling through objectivity. Most importantly, I am here to listen.
