Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I believe we all have abilities to transform, heal and move towards a greater level of wellness in our lives. Each person is unique with their own challenges and experiences that may later manifest as road blocks that can impact their capacity to be fully present in life. These can hold us back from achieving our full potential.
My holistic approach integrates Mind-Body, Art Therapy, Yoga, Somatic and Embodied Mindfulness practices. The events we experience impact us in a holistic way – physically, cognitively, spiritually and emotionally. Integrated Body/Mind approaches to therapy offer us a holistic way to heal.
I provide clients with a safe space for them to explore their inner landscape. In addition to this, I offer resources, research and psycho-education to assist clients in gaining deeper understanding and empowerment with each step of the therapeutic process, integrating these tools within a Solutions Focused Methodology.

April Zariczny – Nunez believes people have inherent capacity to transform, heal, and move toward greater wellbeing. She recognizes that each person arrives with a distinct history and set of challenges, and that past experiences can become obstacles to being fully present and reaching one’s potential.
Her work uses a holistic blend of mind-body approaches, art therapy, yoga, somatic techniques, and embodied mindfulness practices to address how life events affect the body, thoughts, spirit, and emotions. April favors integrated body-mind methods as a pathway to healing and growth.
In sessions she offers a calm, supportive space for exploration of the inner landscape while providing research-informed resources, psychoeducation, and practical tools. These elements are woven into a solutions-focused methodology so clients can build understanding and gain empowerment with each step of the therapeutic process.
April is licensed as a marriage and family therapist, first licensed in California in 2018 (California license number 107000), and she also holds an Oregon limited license to practice as an LMFT (OR LIMFT T2224). She is a certified yoga therapist, credentialed in 2022. April has five years of clinical experience and is based in Oregon.
Many people ask whether online therapy truly helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care. It can be a practical and impactful option for addressing everyday mental health needs.
A key benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that fits their life, whether through video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to maintain continuity of care and to schedule sessions around work, family, and other commitments.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if a different therapeutic match is preferred, clients have the option to switch therapists. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, adaptable way to work toward their goals with a qualified clinician.
