Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
For me, to live is to feel loved and connected. I believe that almost every mental health ailment is born from those feelings (not us as a person) being fractured or broken. As a physical break of the bone requires care in order to heal, so too do we deserve support in our emotional healing.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), having received my Masters degree in Community and Trauma Counseling through Jefferson University, I diagnose and treat the people I work with through a social context and strength-based approach. I am trained in Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT), evidence-based practices like Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and a wide variety of other
methods. Most importantly, I work with the hope and confidence that we can create a
healthy therapeutic relationship that promotes healing and growth.
When we work together, we will learn from each other – creating a sense of mutual trust that will serve as the foundation for learning, growing and healing. We will practice curiosity, embrace difficult emotions and move forward – together – into a new space where love and connection can be seen and felt as we live our lives fully.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One key advantage is flexibility – individuals can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and maintain consistency.
All participating professionals are licensed therapists, and clients may switch to a different therapist at any time if they want a better fit. For many people, online therapy provides a practical and accessible route to pursue support and make progress on common mental health concerns.
