Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Angie LeMay, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have been practicing since 2002 in many different settings, some of which include community mental health centers, boys ranch settings, group homes, and private practice. My degree is in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University, but I have a passion for individuals outside the marriage and family therapy circle as well. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages. I have worked with many populations and enjoy each and every new journey a client invites me on. I have experience in working with individuals that suffer with depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, eating disorders, fitness and wellness, self-harm behavior, grief and loss, death, personality and mood disorders, ADHD, identity issues, physical/emotional/psychological abuse, addiction, and many more. I enjoy sitting with my clients and letting them guide their treatment and success. My goal is to help my clients identify their strengths within themselves and guiding them as a change agent to discovering their best self in hopes to create their own stories of success.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that fits your needs, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they want a different fit. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, effective way to address everyday mental health concerns and support personal growth.
