Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health. I have been a practicing Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin since 2007. I have worked with clients that have had a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, challenging behaviors, parenting struggles, ADD/ADHD, Spectrum disorders, career challenges and trauma.
I utilize play therapy techniques, mindfulness, trauma focused-cognitive behavior therapy, and other modalities based on my client’s needs.
All of my approaches are tied together with my flexibility, creativity and sense of humor, which creates a positive therapeutic relationship. I am also very “real” with my clients when I need to be in order to facilitate self discovery/teachable moments/self reflection, etc. Confronting change is difficult, but I will do what I can to support and empower you through your life’s journey

Many people wonder whether remote counseling can truly help. For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is convenience. Clients can meet with a therapist in the format that works best for them: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to fit regular sessions into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide online care, and if someone finds they need a different match, it is possible to change therapists at any time. Online therapy offers an accessible option for addressing everyday mental health needs while maintaining the professional standards expected of therapeutic practice.
