Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, my name is Angela, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) in Colorado. I have a Master’s degree in Social Work and have dedicated my career to walking alongside individuals who are navigating the challenges of mental health concerns, substance use, trauma, and life transitions. I believe healing happens in a safe, supportive environment where people are truly seen, heard, and valued.
My Experience
I have experience working with adults from all walks of life, including those living in rural and underserved communities. Much of my clinical focus is in the areas of alcohol use, behavioral addictions (such as gambling, social media, or pornography), anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress related to perimenopause and menopause. I also offer support for individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or are using substances or behaviors to cope with emotional pain.
My Approach
My therapy style is laid-back, compassionate, and collaborative. I use a person-centered approach, meaning your goals and values lead the way. I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also use a harm reduction model, offering space for individuals to explore change at their own pace—whether that means working toward moderation or abstinence. I’m here to support what recovery and wellness mean for you.
How I Can Help
I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and transformation. Whether you’re feeling anxious, feeling depressed, struggling with trauma, drinking too much, or self-medicating to get through the day, I’m here to help you explore new ways of coping, build on your strengths, and reconnect with a sense of hope. My goal is to create a judgment-free space where you feel empowered, encouraged, and equipped to move forward.

For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – people can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists are licensed professionals, and individuals may change therapists if they want a different fit. Online therapy provides accessible options for receiving evidence-based support without requiring in-person attendance.
