Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and welcome!
I am Angela Green. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia for 17 years and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor for 18 years. Through our counseling relationship, my goal is to provide you with a trusting and supportive environment with opportunities for self-discovery to live a fuller, more complete life. My therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavior (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) therapies to assist you in challenging negative thoughts and beliefs that often result in dysfunctional coping and self-defeating behaviors. Also, to help you learn and practice focus on the present moment regardless of unpleasant thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations. In addition, I use other therapy modalities to explore one’s past to work on unresolved emotional wounds and trauma. The focus of treatment is to improve emotional regulation and develop effective coping strategies to help you navigate the world around you, thrive in school and work, and maintain meaningful relationships. You may be experiencing feelings of anxiousness, social discomfort, stress, overwhelmed, low confidence/ self-esteem, ADHD, academic disability, parenting or family discord, or you may be a student struggling in college or with life’s challenges and/or transitions. Our therapeutic partnership along with your therapy goals are vital for us to work together to improve your overall mental health, wellbeing, and personal growth.

Angela Green is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia (GA LPC LPC005313) with 11 years of clinical experience. She offers a trusting, supportive therapeutic relationship designed to encourage self-discovery and help people move toward a fuller, more satisfying life.
Her approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to address negative thoughts and beliefs that often lead to unhelpful coping and self-defeating behaviors. She also supports clients in learning skills to remain focused on the present moment despite unpleasant thoughts, feelings, or bodily sensations, and draws on additional modalities to explore past experiences and unresolved emotional wounds or trauma.
Treatment emphasizes strengthening emotional regulation and developing practical coping strategies to better navigate daily life, perform well in school or work, and maintain meaningful relationships. Angela works with people experiencing anxiety, social discomfort, stress, feelings of being overwhelmed, low confidence or self-esteem, ADHD, academic disability, parenting or family discord, and students facing college-related challenges or life transitions.
She prioritizes a collaborative therapy partnership centered on each person’s goals to promote overall mental health, wellbeing, and personal growth.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been found to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility. Individuals can connect with a therapist in the way that fits them best – via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and if someone wants a different fit, it is possible to switch therapists at any time. Online therapy can offer a convenient, adaptable option for receiving support for everyday mental health concerns.
