Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Thanks for considering me to help you. I am qualified in the United Kingdom with 3 years of helping others helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, coping with grief, coping with loss, motivation, self esteem, confidence, OCD and phobias. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
As a CBT therapist my approach is based on the belief that our thoughts, feelings and behaviour are all linked. Change one of these – you change the others. The trick is to find the area that is easiest to change before working on other areas. Ideally, clients should see an improvement after 6 -12 sessions, although how many sessions you have is entirely up to you. I can work with text messaging, phone or video call. I have sessions available during office hours, at the weekend and on a Sunday afternoon.
The most important thing for me – listening. I have spent decades listening to others in a professional context. I have had a book published and deliver presentations on the subject. It is the aspect of my practice that clients provide feedback on the most – the value of being heard. It would be a privilege to be able to listen to you.

He aims to create an open, safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Andy recognises that taking the first step toward a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and he offers support throughout that process.
As a CBT therapist, he works from the principle that thoughts, feelings and behaviour are linked – changing one often changes the others. He focuses on identifying the area that is easiest to change first and then builds on those early gains. Ideally, clients should notice improvement within 6-12 sessions, although the number of sessions is determined by each person’s needs.

People often wonder whether virtual therapy can make a real difference. For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Individuals can connect with a therapist in the way that feels most comfortable – via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options can make it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients may switch to a different therapist at any time if they prefer another fit.
