Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi there!! My name is Andrea. During our sessions, I’ll utilize person centered, solution focused, and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to help transform thinking patterns and behaviors. I also enjoy using humor, smiles, and laughter to aid in the art of healing. I love to incorporate holistic techniques and provide a comfortable and safe space for clients to blossom and embrace necessary change. I believe that treatment is a team effort and can only be effective through the use of transparency, honesty, and accountability. I also believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!

Many people want to know whether online therapy really helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that feels most comfortable, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility can make it easier to fit regular care into a busy life.
Remote therapy services are provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they prefer a different fit.
