About

Hello!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona with 14 years of experience working as a Therapist and Supervisor for a non-profit community behavioral health agency. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, self- esteem, career challenges and addiction.
My counseling style is warm and attentive. I am very easy going and I treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and rational-emotive counseling. I do not believe in one size fits all treatment, so I will work hard to adjust treatment to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I know how scary change can be, especially without support and motivation along the way. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Is Online Therapy the Right Step Toward Better Mental Health?

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.

One major benefit is convenience and flexibility – clients can choose the communication format that fits their routine and comfort level, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to keep therapy consistent even when schedules are busy or travel is difficult.

All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and if someone feels they need a different therapeutic fit they can switch therapists at any time. Online therapy provides an accessible option for many people seeking support for everyday mental health and life challenges.
