Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the strongest advantages is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, using video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and to maintain continuity of care.
Therapists who provide online services are licensed professionals, and you have the option to request a different therapist at any time if you feel a different fit would be helpful. Online therapy can be a practical, accessible option for many people seeking support.
