Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Amanda Grant, MSW, LCSW. I have experience in providing therapy to clients in the areas of depression, anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem concerns, teenage topics (including school, career choice, parental concerns, relationships, etc.), negative self-talk, domestic violence, victims of violence, history of trauma, abuse, and a few others that you are welcome to inquire on. I like to create a welcoming , open-minded, and empowering relationship that will assist clients in strengthening themselves to improve any situation that may be affecting their quality of life.
My approaches used are cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy (NT), motivational interviewing (MI) , solution focused therapy, client-centered therapy, grief counseling, and trauma focused therapy. Of all the steps someone can take in their life there is immense courage and strength in recognizing and taking a step to talk to someone; to allow someone in a space that many find private and vulnerable. I am here to support, listen, guide, respect, provide compassion, empowerment, and assist YOU in your journey!
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether therapy delivered online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect with therapists in the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which often makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists at any time if they would prefer a different fit. For many individuals, online therapy offers a practical, accessible option for addressing mental health and life concerns.
