Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in North Carolina with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, self esteem, and going through life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
My therapy approach is more collaborative. I like to use the first 1-2 sessions to build rapport with my clients and get to know them on a more personal level. I’m also a strengths-focused clinician who will help you identify/utilize your strengths so that we can work collaboratively to problem solve and/or achieve any goals you’ve set for yourself.
Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
In choosing me as your therapist, please keep in mind that, I do therapy part-time so my availability is limited. I tend to have more weekend availability and limited evening slots available during weekdays. I’m also open to scheduling for time slots that you don’t see on my calendar if I have the availability to do, you’ll just need to message me directly to see if I’m able to accomodate you.

Alleyah Mason is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina (NC LCSW C016676) with four years of professional experience. She works with clients on relationship concerns, self-esteem, and navigating life changes.
She creates an open, safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Her practice emphasizes collaboration and respectful listening as the foundation for therapeutic work.
Alleyah uses the first one to two sessions to build rapport and get to know clients on a personal level. As a strengths-focused clinician, she helps people identify and use their existing strengths so they can problem-solve and pursue the goals they set for themselves.
She acknowledges that beginning therapy takes courage and recognizes the step it represents for anyone who reaches out for help.
Alleyah provides therapy on a part-time basis, so her availability is limited. She typically offers more weekend appointments and has a small number of evening slots on weekdays. If a needed time does not appear on her calendar, she is open to considering unlisted slots when possible – clients should message her directly to ask about accommodations.
For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions – online therapy has been shown to be comparably effective to traditional in-person sessions. It can be a practical option for people seeking support for these issues.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. Clients can connect with a therapist in the format that fits their needs and schedule, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options helps make therapy easier to fit into a busy life.
All participating professionals are licensed and trained to provide care via remote formats, and clients have the option to change therapists if they prefer a different fit. For many people, these features make online therapy a convenient and effective way to access mental health support.
