Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have been working in the mental health field since 1995. I obtained my LCSW, in Idaho, in 2004. My LICSW was obtained in 2009 and my LMHC was obtained in 2001. Both of these licensures are in Washington. I have experience working with a wide range of concerns including ADHD, anger management, OCD, Eating Disorder, Trauma, Anxiety and Depression. I also have experience working with victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
I have completed the Ramsey Finacial Coach master’s training and am comfortable discussing financial concerns that may lead to anxiety or stress.
I believe it is important for an individual seeking services to be able to participate in creating their treatment plan for therapy in order to assure that their goals are met. It is my opinion that a therapist should be open minded so that individuals are comfortable discussing difficult topics.
I look forward to the opportunity to serve you.
Thank you,
Alicia

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online really helps. For commonly experienced issues – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions – online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most people.
One of the clearest benefits is flexibility. People can choose the connection method that fits their life and comfort level, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit regular sessions into busy schedules and to maintain momentum between appointments.
Licensed professionals provide care via online formats, and individuals have the option to change therapists if they need a different fit. For many, remote therapy offers a practical, effective way to address everyday mental health concerns while keeping treatment accessible and adaptable to personal needs.
