Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi there!
I’m a Licensed Mental Health (LMHC)/Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with several years of experience working with individuals and groups. I mostly work with adults and couples, helping them heal from the past so they can create a more peaceful and fulfilling present and future. I’m passionate about supporting people who are ready to move forward but still feel held back by things that have happened in their lives.
I help clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship struggles, women’s issues, and low self-esteem. I also enjoy working with parents who want to build stronger, healthier relationships with their kids. My goal is to help you break down the walls that keep you stuck so you can move toward the life you want and deserve.
I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I use these approaches—along with other tools—to meet you where you are and guide you through your healing process. I also help clients explore their attachment styles to better understand how past experiences may be shaping their current relationships.
I know that starting therapy can feel scary or uncomfortable, but you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to offer a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can talk openly and begin to heal. Together, we’ll work on overcoming what’s been holding you back so you can move forward with confidence and clarity.

Many people wonder whether online therapy produces real results. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect with a therapist in the way that works best for them, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That variety of options makes it simpler to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All therapists working in this format are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch providers if they want a different therapeutic fit. Online therapy can be a practical, accessible choice for many people seeking support for everyday mental health concerns.
