Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is the flexibility it provides – individuals can connect with a therapist through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to choose the communication style that feels most comfortable.
Each therapist is a licensed professional, and clients may switch to a different therapist at any time if they prefer a different fit.
