I want every individual I work with to define their power in the world by overcoming and expanding from any barriers to PERSONAL GROWTH! With a focus on a Cognitive Behavioral Approach and a Strengths-Based approach, I emphasize the importance of understanding how behavioral outcomes in one’s life have a strong connection to the ongoing thoughts/perceptions that an individual has.
I use journaling, positive visualization, mindfulness and other approaches to emphasize the importance of individuals understanding that any difficulties experienced in life will ultimately promote and foster growth in oneself.
