My therapy style is pretty laid back, welcoming, interactive while providing a safe space during session without fear or judgement. I have been described as caring, supportive, consistent, and easy to talk to. I believe in self-determination and that clients are best in determining their needs to drive our sessions. I will adjust our sessions to best address the treatment goals we establish together.
