Hello, and Welcome to Better Help! Thank you for taking the first step to help yourself. ” People don’t realize how much strength it takes to pull your own self out of a dark place mentally. So, if you’ve done that today or any day, I’m proud of you”.
I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 yrs. experience. I am passionate about helping others heal.
