I feel that I have the knowledge and experience that can benefit a broad range of clients. I have worked with people with Bipolar Disorder, Depression, and Schizophrenia. I help people with challenges that they face in their relationships. I have also worked in chemical dependency.
Using a person centered approach, I have helped many people work through their issues and make positive changes in their lives, so that they can achieve their individual treatment goals. I have enjoyed the daily challenges of being a licensed social worker.
I have an ability to quickly assess an individual’s needs, and provide recommendations based on need. I provide long and short term therapy to help individuals that are in need of therapeutic counseling services.

Many people wonder whether remote counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person care.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits their needs and schedule, choosing video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to maintain continuity of care and to fit sessions into a busy life.
Therapy delivered remotely is provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible, effective way to address everyday mental health concerns and move toward their goals.
