Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Aaron Landry, I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have been practicing for over 15 years and I am currently licensed in both Maine and Florida. I have worked with the entire spectrum of the population from children to the older adults. I have experience working with and helping people recover from depression, anxiety, stress related disorders, bi-polar disorder, divorce and custody issues.
It is my firm belief that everyone feels overwhelmed from time to time and could benefit from having a neutral person to talk to without judgement. I also believe that everyone is capable of recovery and should be afforded the opportunity to lead their best life. I practice cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy. My goal is to build a professional relationship with my clients with the sole purpose of working together to solve what it is that they feel is a problem in their life, or simply to listen if someone needs to process out loud while they organize their life or work through a transition. My emphasis is starting and adapting where you feel most comfortable. Need help? Let’s talk.

Aaron Landry is a licensed clinical social worker practicing in both Maine and Florida with 18 years of clinical experience. He has worked across the lifespan, supporting people from childhood through older adulthood, and has experience helping individuals recover from depression, anxiety, stress-related disorders, bipolar disorder, and challenges related to divorce and custody.
Aaron believes that feeling overwhelmed is a common human experience and that many people benefit from a neutral, nonjudgmental person to talk with. He holds clinical social work licenses in Maine and Florida and uses cognitive behavioral therapy along with solution-focused techniques to guide his work. His aim is to build a professional relationship with each person, collaborating to address whatever feels like a problem in their life or offering a listening space for processing transitions and organizing thoughts. He begins where the client feels most comfortable and adapts the approach as needed.
For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person treatment. Research and clinical practice indicate that teletherapy often produces meaningful results for these kinds of issues.
One major benefit is flexibility – people can meet with their therapist in the format that fits their life best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to maintain consistency and access care around other commitments.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if someone ever wants a different fit they can change therapists. For many seeking support for everyday mental health concerns, online therapy offers a practical and effective option to begin or continue their work.
