I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience working with individuals and families in multiple settings including healthcare systems, schools, and small community based organizations. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Pennsylvania State University, and a Master’s degree in Social Work from University of Texas-Austin. My experience has given me the opportunity to work with clients dealing with a broad range of issues to include, stress management, major life changes, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues/family problems just to name a few. My treatment style is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I empower clients to tell their story from their lens, while helping them to challenge negative thoughts, improve emotional regulation, increase their self-esteem, encourage their personal growth and development, and empowering them to create their own unique set of strategies to cope with life’s twists and turns. I aim to build trust and authentic rapport while addressing my client’s concerns.
