Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Greetings!
My name is Kathleen Eagle. I am a counselor licensed in Alaska with over 7 years of experience working with adults, children and families. I have worked with people with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and life transitions. I have also helped many people who have experienced trauma or emotional abuse.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I strongly believe in providing choice in counseling and I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach in primarily person-centered and humanistic, in which my clients are seen as the expert in their lives, while I assist and guide you through inner-knowing, interpersonal changes, and increased wellbeing and fulfillment in your life. In doing this I provide choices including incorporating ecotherapy, mindfulness and other creative interventions. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek guidance as you take the first steps on your journey towards a life that feels closer to want you want. Changes are hard and it can be difficult to know what you want and how to start. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether remote counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most cases.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That adaptability can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and maintain continuity of care.
These services are provided by licensed professionals and clients have the option to change therapists if they prefer a different fit. Online therapy offers an accessible path for many people seeking support for everyday mental health concerns.
