Heather Hall

Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships

About

Hi! My name is Heather and I am a licensed professional counselor in Georgia with over 8 years of experience working as a counselor. I have worked with clients of all ages with a wide range of concerns including trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, domestic violence, substance abuse, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical and/or emotional trauma and/or abuse in their lifetime. I strive to meet my clients where they are, focusing on their strengths and empowering them to make the changes they see fit rather than prescribing issue or diagnosis.

I value treating each individual client with the respect they deserve. Placing emphasis on developing a relationship with my clients that is based on warmth, trust, respect, and genuine care and concern. The ease of conversation is client driven, casual and conversational.

Many people seek out therapy because, despite their best efforts to change, they might end up in the same cycles…cycles of anxiety, depression, parenting issues, relationship struggles, isolation, procrastination, workaholism…the list goes on and on. People often wonder “why can’t I just *change*?” These cycles of behavior are driven by our life experiences and sense of self and others. Together, we will explore these ideas so that we can begin to create understanding of our motivations and create space for newer positive behaviors creating an environment of peace, joy, contentment, health, and fulfillment.

Whether you are seeking change for a healthier happier life, or just need a non judgmental ear to listen, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!

About

Heather Hall is a Georgia-licensed professional counselor with eight years of clinical experience. She has worked with clients of all ages on a wide range of concerns, including trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting challenges, domestic violence, substance use, and ADHD. She has also supported many people who have experienced physical or emotional trauma or abuse.

Heather aims to meet each person where they are, building on strengths and empowering clients to choose the changes that fit their lives rather than focusing solely on diagnoses. Her approach emphasizes warmth, trust, respect, and genuine care, and she works to create an environment in which conversation is client-driven, casual, and conversational.

Many people seek therapy because they notice repeated patterns that persist despite their efforts – cycles of anxiety, depression, parenting struggles, relationship conflicts, isolation, procrastination, or workaholism, among others. Heather collaborates with clients to explore how life experiences and one’s sense of self and others contribute to these patterns, and to open space for new, healthier behaviors that foster greater peace, joy, contentment, and fulfillment.

Whether someone is pursuing significant change or simply needs a nonjudgmental ear, Heather Hall provides support and encouragement throughout the therapeutic process and looks forward to working with new clients.

Is Online Therapy the Right Step Toward Better Mental Health?

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or managing life transitions, remote therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most individuals.

One of the main advantages is convenience and flexibility. Clients can connect with a therapist in the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.

All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch providers at any time if they feel another therapist would be a better fit.

Online therapy can be a practical and effective way to address everyday mental health needs while offering the adaptability many people require to engage consistently in their care.
