Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed professional counselor located in Pennsylvania and have been in practice for about 30 years. My first career was in music. After leaving New York CIty, moving to PA, and starting a family, I became involved with a postpartum support group and , a few years later, decided to get an MA in Counseling. I feel most comfortable seeing myself as a work partner with my client. You bring your story, and together we explore what changes you might want to make in yourself and in the direction of your narrative to promote your well-being. I have training in many modalities, all of which work better after establishing a space for you that feels safe, nonjudgmental, and respectful, We are not often given the encouragement and the opportunity to talk about ourselves, to pull over for an amount of time each week and make sure we are living as well and deeply as we want to be. That is what therapy can offer, and I hope that the knowledge and experience I’ve gathered through the decades, both in and out of the office, may be helpful to you.

Amy Bryant is a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania, credentialed as PA LPC PC001137, and has been in practice for about 30 years. Her first career was in music; after leaving New York City, moving to Pennsylvania, and starting a family, she became involved with a postpartum support group and a few years later chose to pursue a master’s degree in counseling.
She prefers to work as a partner with clients – they bring their story, and together they explore what changes might support greater well-being and a new direction in the narrative of their lives. Amy has training in a variety of therapeutic approaches and believes those methods are most effective once a space has been established that feels safe, nonjudgmental, and respectful.
She emphasizes that therapy provides a regular opportunity to pause each week – a dedicated time to talk about oneself and to consider whether one is living as well and as deeply as desired. Amy hopes the knowledge and experience she has gathered over decades, both in and out of the office, may be of help to those seeking support.
Many people wonder whether remote sessions can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That variety makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.
These services are provided by licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists if they prefer a different match. For many, the combination of demonstrated effectiveness and practical convenience makes online therapy a viable option.
