Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome to BetterHelp!
My name is Giovanna Agostinelli. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and Utah. I am a passionate therapist with experience in working in various settings with all ages, genders, and cultural backgrounds. I have worked closely with individuals and families who varied in their presenting problems, such as trauma/abuse, anxiety, depression, stress, family-related issues, sexuality/gender identification, relationships, codependency, need for parenting skills, and more. I provide great attention to remaining multiculturally sensitive. I work with various modalities, but tend to more often use CBT, trauma-informed modalities (CPT, TF-CBT), Mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques, Nurturing Parenting techniques, and faith-based /Christian interventions, if applicable.
I offer messaging, phone sessions, live chat, and video sessions.
Therapy is a safe space where you will experience a compassionate approach to your working through your concerns. All my clients will receive their personalized approach to services.
There truly is no “one fits all” to counseling because you are uniquely you. My services to you will reflect this philosophy in every session’s conversation. It is an absolute honor to be here for you and to be a witness to your growth and wellness journey ahead.
Thank you for being here.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions – online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and clinical experience indicate that remote sessions work well for these types of issues and can support meaningful progress.
One major benefit of online therapy is convenience. People can choose the way they connect that feels most comfortable to them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and maintain continuity of care.
Another advantage is access to licensed professionals. Therapists offering online services are credentialed clinicians, and individuals may switch providers if they feel a different fit would better meet their needs. This flexibility helps people find the therapeutic relationship and format that support their goals.
Overall, online therapy is a practical option for many who seek support, offering adaptable formats and access to licensed therapists while addressing a broad range of common mental health and life concerns.
