Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I was born and raised in Colorado. In my late 20’s I moved to Florida and lived there for about 12 years. While I was in Florida I met my wife whom was from Colorado too. After we were married we decided to return to Colorado. I started counseling and working with people while I lived in Florida and continued after I moved to Colorado. I have been counseling and working with people for about 20 years.
Over the past 20 years it has been a privilege to help people and to be a part of their lives for a short time and help them through struggles such as life changes, grief, anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma, and relationship issues. As I have worked with people with these struggles and many others I believe in treating everyone with respect compassion.
I believe therapeutic rapport is one of the most important aspect of the therapeutic relationship. Therefore, In every session I will endeavor to create an atmosphere where you feel heard, safe, trust, and respect so you feel comfortable being open about what is troubling you.
Each session will be tailored to you, your needs and goals, and the treatment plan you establish. Reaching out for help and talking to a therapist is never easy and requires a lot of courage. If you decided to reach out to me I am here to support you and help you achieve your goals and the life you want for yourself.

Edmund Miranda was born and raised in Colorado and later spent roughly 12 years living in Florida after moving there in his late 20s. While in Florida he met his wife, who is also from Colorado, and after they married they chose to return to Colorado.
He began providing counseling while living in Florida and continued that work after moving back to Colorado, amassing about 20 years of experience supporting people through difficult times. He holds a Colorado professional counselor license (CO LPC LPC.0012699).
Across two decades of practice he has worked with individuals facing life changes, grief, anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma, and relationship challenges. He approaches this work with respect and compassion for each person he sees.
Edmund places strong importance on therapeutic rapport and seeks in every session to create an environment where clients feel heard, safe, respected, and able to build trust so they can speak openly about what troubles them.
Sessions are shaped to match each person’s needs, goals, and agreed-upon treatment plan. He recognizes that reaching out for help takes courage, and if someone chooses to work with him he aims to support them in pursuing their goals and the life they want.
Many people ask whether counseling delivered online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One of the clearest advantages is convenience and flexibility – individuals can connect in the way that best fits their life, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility can make it easier to maintain consistent appointments and integrate therapy into a busy routine.
Licensed professionals and therapists provide care through these remote formats, and if someone decides they would like a different match they may switch to another therapist at any time. Online therapy can be a practical option for many people seeking support for everyday mental health concerns.
