Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Louisiana. I have worked with clients experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues and Bipolar disorder. I have worked with clients in various settings such as teletherapy, in-home, community based, intensive substance abuse in corrections, and in an inpatient setting.
My preference of counseling style is in Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I see the relationship as mutual and the feedback from clients is important to the therapeutic relationship. Using this approach helps me to maintain a good therapeutic relationship throughout the course of treatment. Using a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy and Mindfulness I work with the client to develop a treatment plan that is specific to your needs.
I would love to help you in your next step of wholeness to find a more fulfilling life and I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule or to access support from different locations.
Licensed professionals provide care through these remote formats, and if a client feels they need a different fit, switching therapists is an option. For many people, online therapy offers practical, effective support that accommodates their life while addressing everyday mental health needs.
