Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My passion is working with individuals who have suffered from the consequences of making high-risk decisions. These decisions have resulted in legal, medical, and interpersonal dilemmas. I use a focused, solution-oriented approach designed to explore the context within which these decisions and associated patterns of behavior have become impractical and repetitive. We will explore alternative problem-solving approaches that incorporate mindfulness, paradox, metaphor, and contingency management. My background involves working with individuals/couples/families in crisis.
I have extensive experience working with alcohol and drug abuse, and individuals with co-occurring mental health and psychiatric issues. My experience of long-term recovery in my own life informs my practice.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the clearest benefits is flexibility. Individuals can connect with a therapist using the format that works best for them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit care into a busy life.
These services are provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they want a different fit. For many people, the combination of proven effectiveness and flexible access makes online therapy a viable way to pursue mental health support.
