Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I am a BIPOC, licensed New Jersey therapist, with over 10 years of professional experience. I have experience in helping clients, of all ages and backgrounds, with anxiety, motivation, self esteem, adjustment issues, stress (work, relationship, academic, etc.), & depression. Some therapeutic approaches I have had success using ( but not all) are CBT, DBT, EMDR, as well as art and music therapy. I like to work with clients to create an open and safe space where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to take the first steps towards a change and I would like to be apart of your next steps. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
