Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Sometimes we really want growth, change and/or to just feel better, but we can be scared to take those first steps to making change. I am here to help you navigate through new, changing and/or challenging waters.
I am a licensed clinical social worker in Texas with 10 years of experience working as a therapist, I also have had a good career as a college professor and special education teacher. I am a nurturing individual who also can be direct which is a plus if you want to reach your goals with the help of someone with a broad base of experience and approaches to effect change.
It is important to know yourself and your social world and I am here to help with that growth. My first love led me to a graduate degree in sociology and I bring that nuance to the conversation which has proven helpful (and a bit fun!)
My counseling style is direct, and interactive and solution focused. In our therapeutic relationship you are the captain and I am the first mate- we make choices and action plans together for your good and to help you reach the highest evolution of self possible.
My approach to the work we do together combines Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic and reality therapy . Together, we tailor our conversations and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major advantage of online therapy is flexibility – you can meet with a therapist in the way that fits your life best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to keep appointments and maintain progress amid a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if someone you’re working with isn’t the right fit, you may switch therapists at any time. For many people, the combination of effectiveness and convenience makes online therapy a practical and impactful option.
