Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! My name is Jennifer, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am glad you have reached out for support in your current stage of life. I have practiced for the last nine years in Washington, Oregon and Utah. I graduated with my Master’s in Social Work from Eastern Washington University (2012). I have worked with families in many different situations and settings (in-home, community, and schools). I am also a clinical supervisor for a team of therapists and individuals obtaining licensure. My background includes working with families involved with the child welfare system. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, family issues, family conflict, and parenting concerns. Not every therapist will be the right therapist for you. I understand that finding the “right” person is a process, and I am willing to walk that road with you.
My counseling style is interactive, using Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. However, I do not limit what strategies I use. I feel you are the expert in your life, and I am here as a guide. You are the force behind the changes you want to make. My goal is to help you create a positive change in your life. I want you to feel support from me and know that I value our time together. Once we gain clarity on what is challenging you, we can create goals that are manageable and realistic to work towards. We will continue to work together throughout the entire process.
I am an open-minded, caring, and non-judgmental person. I know that reaching out for help can be very difficult. I want to reassure you that I am here to assist you with any changes you want or need to make. I want you to feel more at ease in your daily life. I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether therapy delivered online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can meet with a therapist in the format that fits their life best, whether that is video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to keep therapy consistent amid busy schedules.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if someone feels a different fit would be better at any time, they can switch therapists. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible way to work on their goals while maintaining continuity and convenience.
