Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Good Day! I am Cheronda Pinkard. Since you are viewing my page you have made the choice or thinking about seeking change in your life. I am pleased you are considering me as a helper. Here is a little about me. I became a therapist to help people, whether to offer support through the process of improving mental health, addressing relationship difficulties, or adjusting to challenging life changes. Over the past 8 years I have had the pleasure of working with a diverse population of individuals seeking help. As a social worker I strive to provide a compassion, listening ear to those who seek help. You and I will work together and come up with goals. You are the expert on your life and my goal is to help you find what you seek. By collaborating together you will develop the tools to create more peace in your life.
I have a master in social worker and also one in child development. I love working with both adults and children. I often work with people who often struggle with feelings of anxiety and depression. Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to manage your anxiety and depression.

Many people wonder whether virtual therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and major life transitions – online therapy has been shown to be comparable to traditional in-person care.
One of the clearest benefits is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that fits their life best: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging all make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they need a different fit. For many people facing everyday mental health challenges, online therapy offers an effective, adaptable way to access professional support.
