Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! My name is Caroline, and I have held a license in clinical social work for 15 years; and have been in the helping profession for over 20 years. Currently, I am practicing in the State of Utah; however, prior to this, I lived and worked in the great State of Michigan. I have served families and individuals experiencing homelessness; mental health concerns; addictions; family conflict; and other significant life events. I have always been proud to serve in my profession; I am continuously humbled and impressed by the strength and resiliency of the human spirit.
My counseling style is warm and collaborative. We are in this journey together; and I firmly believe in the importance of the therapeutic alliance. I believe in treating everyone with dignity and respect, and recognize that it is a gift when someone commits to sharing their story with me. My counseling approach combines cognitive-behavioral; client-centered; solution focused; and motivational interviewing counseling styles. I believe the way that we think about ourselves directly impacts how we view and participate in the world around us. A change in perspective can encourage light in seemingly dark places. Change is never easy, but I believe that you have the tools and drive to change anything you desire.
Congratulations on taking the first steps toward positive change in your life. I look forward to the opportunity to encourage, support, and empower you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – people can connect in the way that fits their schedule and comfort level, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they need a different fit. For many, online therapy offers an accessible, practical way to pursue support and make meaningful progress.
