Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello,
I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in Indiana with almost 20 years of experience. I graduated with a Master of Science in Education degree from Indiana University. I have had the privilege of working with foster families, blended families, couples, and survivors of intimate partner violence. I specialize in chronic post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD), grief and loss, anxiety, and depression, all within the context of relationships.
My counseling style is warm and interactive, with a sprinkle of humor on top. My approach combines client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and emotionally-focused treatment modalities, using a trauma-focused brain/body connection. I will tailor our dialog and treatment goals to meet your needs and time frame.
It takes courage to seek out support. I have found most people are looking for validation of the change they want to make. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
A major benefit is flexibility – you can meet with a therapist in the way that suits you best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
These services are provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and if you decide you need a different fit you can switch therapists at any time. Online care can offer an accessible option for addressing common mental health concerns while accommodating the demands of everyday life.
