Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have a degree in Psychology, with training in Psychoanalysis and a specialisation in Mental Health. I have extensive clinical experience working with issues such as trauma, abuse, grief, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, psychosis, autism, and bipolar disorder.
Throughout my clinical work in private practice and public institutions, I noticed that many patients had difficulty expressing their pain through words alone. This insight led me to seek new ways of listening and expression, which motivated me to pursue a Master’s degree in Art Therapy in the United Kingdom.
I believe that each person has a unique way of communicating what they feel. That’s why I offer a safe, sensitive, and welcoming space where you can reconnect with yourself, express your experiences, and build paths of care, self-knowledge, and transformation.

Thaís Iglesias holds a degree in Psychology, with training in Psychoanalysis and a specialisation in Mental Health, and she has built a decade of clinical experience across private practice and public institutions in the United Kingdom. Her work has focused on a wide range of difficulties including trauma and abuse, grief, eating disorders, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, psychosis, autism, and bipolar disorder.
While working with diverse people over the years, she observed that many found it hard to put their pain into words alone. That observation prompted her to pursue a Master’s degree in Art Therapy in the United Kingdom — a programme that brings creative, nonverbal forms of expression into therapeutic practice to complement traditional talk-based approaches.
As a non-religious female therapist, she creates a safe, sensitive, and welcoming space where individuals can reconnect with themselves, explore their experiences, and develop pathways toward care, self-knowledge, and transformation. Her combined background in psychology, psychoanalytic training, mental health specialisation, and art therapy informs an approach tailored to each person’s unique way of communicating and healing.
