Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in Vermont with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, parenting issues, & executive and professional coaching. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
I currently primarily work with children and adolescents, but I have experience working with adults who have experienced trauma and impairment due to mental health disorders. I find I gravitate towards client centered therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. Part of following a client centered therapy approach is focusing on the therapeutic fit. This means I want to make sure that I am the best therapist for your needs. I view my role as a therapist as an opportunity for you to share your experience in an environment free of judgment. I will follow your lead to determine what goals you wish to work on. There may be times where you want a listening ear and other times you may want to problem solve. My intention is to meet you where you are at. If you are looking to problem solve I will guide you through the process by helping you explore your behavior and thoughts, and establish goals for change. I generally check messages here a few times per day Monday-Friday and respond as quickly as I can. I do appreciate your patience when it takes a bit longer at times, as I may be tending to other clients or professional/personal responsibilities. My practice hours are 5pm-7:30pm Monday – Friday. Sometimes I am able to respond to messages outside those hours. You can also book a live session with me ahead of time. Please remember that BetterHelp (or specialty site.) is not appropriate if you are in crisis or in immediate need of support. In crisis situations, please call 911, 988, or local emergency services. You can also text “VT” to 741741.
