Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
For the last 13 years I have worked in family law as a mediator, custody evaluator, and parent coordinator. I’m looking to blend my experience in
family law with my mental health training. My areas of expertise are divorce/separation, co-parenting, and parenting. I am licensed in Oregon and Washington and have been in private practice since 2020. I understand these life transitions are difficult and approach each situation without judgment and with compassion and sensitivity. My goal is to help you adjust to these changes so that you are able to be a better parent and/or person than you were the day before. Although I’ve been in this field for many years, the therapist role is relatively new to me but I look forward to learning together and helping you to establish a plan to reach your goals.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the clearest advantages is flexibility – you can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy day.
Therapists who provide online services are licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they want a different fit.
