Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 3 years of experience in the field of mental health. I specialize in working with adults, teens, and families who are struggling with depression, anxiety, burnout, and other mental health issues. I also have experience working with LGBTQ+ clients.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and strengths-based. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow, and I work with my clients to identify their strengths and resources. I also believe that it is important to create a safe and supportive space where clients can feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings. I offer individual, family, and group therapy. I also offer teletherapy, which means that you can meet with me from the comfort of your own home.
I specialize in the following areas:
Depression
Anxiety
Burnout
Family therapy
Teen therapy
LGBTQ+ therapy
What to Expect, Your first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss your goals for therapy. I will ask you about your history, your current concerns, and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I will also explain my approach to therapy and answer any questions that you have.
There is no right or wrong way to prepare for your first session. Some people find it helpful to write down a list of questions or concerns that they want to discuss. Others prefer to simply come in and see how things go.

Laura Clarke is an Oregon Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), license number OR LPC C9895, and brings four years of experience in the mental health field. She works with adults, teens, and families, including LGBTQ+ clients, and focuses on helping people navigate depression, anxiety, burnout, and other common concerns.
Her practice emphasizes a collaborative, strengths-based approach that highlights each person’s existing resources and capacities for growth. She creates a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore relationship challenges, trauma and abuse, intimacy-related issues, self-esteem concerns, eating and bipolar disorders, ADHD, and coping with life changes.
Laura offers individual, family, and group therapy and provides teletherapy so clients can meet by phone, video, live chat, or messaging from their own homes. She identifies as a female, non-religious, liberal therapist and aims to work alongside clients as they define and pursue their goals for healing and change.
Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions, research supports that online therapy can be as effective as in-person sessions for most people.
A key benefit of online therapy is the flexibility it provides. Individuals can choose the communication method that fits their needs and lifestyle – video appointments, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it simpler to attend sessions around work, family, and other commitments.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and clients have the option to request a different therapist if they feel another fit would be better. For many, remote therapy makes regular care more accessible while delivering the same focus on goals and progress as traditional face-to-face work.
