Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, career difficulties, & coping with life changes. I also have experience working with executive and professional coaching. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My Counseling focus is person-centered in that I believe that each of us is naturally motivated to want to achieve a high level of psychological functioning. I am genuinely interested in my client’s wellbeing and believe that the helping process starts where they may be stuck or need help in moving forward. This is accomplished by listening and being non-judgmental. Open ended conversations led by you ensures that we are moving in the right direction. Goal setting on a larger scale is encouraged, but the pathway to meeting the goal or goals is to start small and show that moving forward is possible and can be a positive experience. Acknowledging feelings that come along with change is of great importance. Feeling anxiety, fear, or guilt is a normal part of making changes to reach goals. Focusing on your positive qualities and having realistic expectations of your abilities can get the results you are wanting. Finding out what is important to you and helping you become more self-aware of how to accomplish what you want of life will be the focus of our therapeutic relationship. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!

Many people ask whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, research and practice have shown that online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
An important benefit is flexibility – individuals can connect in the way that best fits their needs, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it simpler to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists who offer online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they want a different fit. For many people, online therapy provides a practical, effective path to support and progress.
