Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to look through my profile. I believe that every person is different and therefore my approach involves taking the many tools I have to create the best care for you on your mental health journey.
I have previous experience working with children as young as 5 all the way up to adults entering their late 70s. I have many specialties such as those struggling with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, Bi Polar, substance use, to name a few. In addition to this I am very skilled at conflict resolution, and assisting you in navigating any relationship conflicts.
I am unapologetically proud therapist and advocate for LGTBQ+ populations, women, and people or color. If you find you are not in one of these populations that’s okay too. Regardless of your walk in life you can expect my full respect, safety and support in session. My overall goal is to help YOU the individual.
I’d like to think of myself as a lantern maker. You may think I’m guiding you with my own light but the truth is I saw your light and I’m making sure you see it too so you can walk this life on your own at your best. Corny I know I got plenty of them 😀 book with me to hear more

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy is generally as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits their life best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety of options can make it easier to keep consistent appointments and integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
Each therapist available through these services is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they want a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers practical, accessible support that can address everyday mental health needs and relationship concerns.
