Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Stacie — a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). I became a therapist after a lifelong journey of living with and overcoming chronic illness and pain. That experience gave me deep empathy for others navigating similar challenges — the physical pain, emotional toll, and often invisible weight that can come with it.
I’m passionate about supporting individuals who live with chronic pain, disabilities, and long-term health conditions, as well as those facing substance use challenges, anxiety, and life transitions. My goal is to help clients find hope, self-compassion, and practical ways to cope — even when life feels heavy or uncertain.
I believe healing is not one-size-fits-all. In sessions, I can integrate creative expression and simple art-based techniques (like card making) to help clients process emotions and find calm. Whether we’re working through trauma, loss, or daily stressors, I strive to create a space that’s safe, genuine, and empowering.
If you’re ready to move toward healing — at your own pace and with someone who truly understands the ups and downs of the journey — I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Many people wonder whether therapy conducted online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One key benefit is flexibility – users can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to access support from wherever one is located.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and individuals may choose to switch therapists if they want a different fit. Online therapy offers a practical, accessible path for many people seeking help for everyday mental health concerns and transitional challenges.
