Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
As a clinical counsellor, supervisor and coach with a Master of Counselling and a Bachelor of Business (Hons), I have worked therapeutically with adults across a wide range of urban, rural and remote organisations and communities throughout Australia for many years.
My approach is integrative, drawing upon a number of evidence-based modalities underpinned by a trauma-informed, strengths-based, inclusive lens for healing, functioning and thriving. I meet you where you are at and walk alongside you to process and empower you to move forward with your health, life, work and relationship priorities. Particular strengths are working with anxiety, stress, burnout and work/life balance.
I prioritise building and maintaining rapport, trust and safety with my clients and work in a non-judgemental, open-minded, reflective and curious way that is always respectful, professional and kind.
My preference is to work primarily in-session with my clients. I aim to respond promptly to messages between sessions (Mon-Fri). I do look forward to the opportunity of working with you soon.
