Rachelle Krohn

Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships

About

Welcome! Like life, therapy can be challenging, but you should always feel safe, supported, and understood. We’re in this together. I’m a licensed clinical therapist (LCSW, MSW, CHES, ERYT) and my goal is to help you find what works best for you. I won’t try to fit you into a box or tell you who to be. My job is to walk beside you as you reconnect with your own strength and path to healing.

I’ve been working in health and wellness since 2008. I started out in the Pacific Northwest, where my own journey with healing began. These days, I focus on therapy with teens, adults, and families in different settings, from community clinics to hospitals and private practice.

I support people with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, big life changes, and stress. My goal is to make therapy a space where you can show up as your full self, no judgment. Everyone’s story matters, and I work hard to meet people with respect, openness, and cultural awareness.

Is Online Therapy the Right Choice for Your Mental Health Journey?

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions. One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their lives, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to attend sessions around work, family, and other commitments. Licensed professionals offer these remote services, and clients have the option to change therapists if they want a different fit. Online therapy can make consistent support more accessible while preserving the professional standards provided by trained therapists.
